MICFIS INTERVENTION FUND

INTRODUCTION

Micfis intervention fund is introduced by the Board of Directors of Micfis international school to raise fund for the various expansion and developmental projects that the school will be embarking on such as completion of school hostel, purchase of more school buses, 100KVA Sound Proof generator and building of more class rooms that will enhance the school productivity, excellence service delivery and value for money to our esteem parents.

The intervention Fund is a loan not equity which can be redeemed on demand after an academic session of the school with a minimum of three months notice before the expiration of the tenor of the loan.

For this first phase of intervention fund raising, we intend to borrow a sum of fifty million naira from all our friends and well wishers

BENEFIT TO THE LENDER

This fund is classified as a medium term loan that avail all well wishers and friends  of Micfis international school an opportunity to lend to the school for a high yield returns on Investment at a highly competitive  interest rate of 20% per annum payable at the beginning of every term provided there is no disruption to the school calendar.

It also avail the lender an opportunity to be a member of the prestigious School Management and Advisory Board (SMAB), who are saddle with the responsibility of planning, reviewing, implementation, and monitoring  of school developmental policies and activities from time to time.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Micfis International School Ibadan is a government approved school for all grades, fully accredited by West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO) for all external examination such as Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE).  

Our mission is to give high priority to impartation of entrepreneurial skills into student/pupils at an early stage of life, with an excellent academics pursuit in a God fearing atmosphere.

The vision to establish the school was conceived by the Founder in the year 2003, inaugurated in December 2013 and commenced operations on the 6th of January, 2014 with seven pupils admitted to kick start the school. And within few years of operations, the school has grown tremendously to about two hundred pupils, graduating students with excellent results in all external examinations.

Micfis International School is situated in a serene environment of Ire-akari Estate, Idimango, New-Felele, Ibadan, Oyo state, on a hectare of Land with beautiful and magnificent edifice which comprises of a school hall, eighteen class rooms, ICT, Biology, Physics and chemistry laboratories respectively.

Others are Food and Nutrition Laboratory, Craft and Art Studio, well equipped Library and a detached uncompleted building for hostel.

In addition, the school has a borehole for clean water supply, well equipped playing ground with outdoor recreational equipments, a mini football pitch, and the state of the earth educational and instructional materials with qualified seasoned teachers to mention a few.  

As at the end of December 2020 the total asset of the school was valued at three hundred and fifty million naira.

MINIMUM LENDING AMOUNT REQUIRED

The minimum amount that can be lent to the school is Five hundred thousand naira and the lender can increase his/her stake in the multiple of One Hundred thousand naira.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Every prospective lender is expected to CLICK HERE and register his/her intent to lend to the school.

2. An acknowledgement mail will be forwarded thereafter to the applicant registered e-mail within two working days intimating him/her to effect deposit into the school account details below if his/her intent of lending is accepted.

Similarly, a pdf format of registration and Loan Agreement form will be forwarded to lender’s registered email address for printing and execution, this is to be brought along with the proof of payment made into the school designated account to the school office.

Thereafter, a certificate of Lending duly signed by the Chairman of the Board of Director and sealed with the school official seal is issued to the lender by the School as a proof of investment.
